About the Executive Assistant Role
Persona is seeking Executive Assistants to support its clients in operating and scaling various aspects of their expanding businesses. As an Executive Assistant, you will be a skilled problem solver, adept at building processes, and effective in communicating with diverse stakeholders across a wide range of projects. A deep understanding of prioritization is essential to ensure that all projects and requests deliver the highest value. You must be confident and competent in making sound decisions, especially concerning confidential matters. We are looking for an individual who takes immense pride in their work quality and enjoys maintaining an organized, proactive approach.
Responsibilities—what you'll do:
- Streamlining and maintaining internal processes that support top-ranking executives company-wide, coordinating internal and external resources to expedite workflow.
- Liaising between upper management and employees, managing communication with internal and external executives on various projects and tasks.
- Managing professional and personal scheduling for C-Level executives, including agendas, mail, email, calls, travel arrangements, client management, and other company logistics.
- Organizing and prioritizing work to ensure senior executives' top goals are met, company goals are achieved, and best practices are upheld.
- Maintaining professionalism and strict confidentiality with all materials, exercising discretion and due diligence when interacting with clients and stakeholders.
Requirements:
- 4+ years of direct hands-on experience as an Executive Assistant or supporting one or more executives.
- Significant experience managing office procedures and working with sensitive corporate information.
- Strong knowledge of cloud systems, online calendars, and other related solutions.
- Fully fluent in English.
- Skilled in the use of apps and technology.
- Ability to commit long-term and full-time.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific Time, Central Time, or Eastern Time).
