Role Overview

The Customer Success Manager role focuses on managing mid-market and enterprise accounts, ensuring client success through strategic collaboration. You will work directly with brand marketing teams and other internal stakeholders to drive account growth, facilitate new product adoption, and oversee renewals.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage account growth, renewals, and client relationships.
  • Deliver presentations in client meetings via video or in-person.
  • Analyze customer engagement to forecast renewal opportunities.
  • Develop strategies to resolve issues and improve product outcomes.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance client experience.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in customer success or account management (preferably in SaaS).
  • Strong organizational, interpersonal, and influencing skills.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work U.S. business hours.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Marketing Technology (MarTech) and eCommerce.
  • Knowledge or interest in influencer marketing.
  • Ability to solve complex problems with minimal guidance.
