Role Overview
As a Client Support Associate, you will be a front-line representative responsible for providing best-in-class customer service, engaging directly with clients, and supporting their needs effectively.
Responsibilities
- Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries via text, calls, tickets, and emails.
- Handle escalated customer support concerns effectively.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve issues from billing to technical challenges.
- Utilize a customer-focused approach to educate and support clients.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Less than one year of proven experience in customer support.
- Experience in a customer-driven, remote work environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills via telephone, email, and text.
- Strong technical/computer skills including multi-screen systems.
- Basic understanding of networking and video streaming protocols (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP).
- Structured, self-motivated approach to achieving set goals.
- Fully fluent in English with a long-term, full-time commitment.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
