Role Overview - Client Support Associate
As a Client Support Associate at Persona, you are responsible for providing prompt, accurate, and friendly support to clients. You will be the front-line representative engaging with customers via text, calls, tickets, and emails, ensuring a consistent and outstanding customer experience.
Responsibilities
- Deliver prompt and friendly customer service.
- Respond to inquiries via text, calls, tickets, and emails.
- Handle escalated support issues efficiently.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve challenges from billing to technical issues.
- Educate and support clients using a customer-focused approach.
- Maintain a strong work ethic and commitment to customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Less than one year of customer support experience.
- Experience in a remote customer service environment is preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills via telephone, email, and text.
- Strong technical skills including multi-screen systems.
- Basic understanding of networking and video streaming protocols (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP).
- Self-motivated with structured goal achievement habits.
- Fluent in English with a passion for customer service.
- Ability to work U.S. business hours (Pacific, Central, or Eastern Time).
