About the Client Support Associate Role

The Client Support Associate is a front-line representative responsible for delivering best-in-class customer service. The role involves communicating through texts, calls, tickets, and emails, while handling escalated customer issues and collaborating across teams to resolve various inquiries ranging from billing to technical challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service.
  • Respond to inbound customer and vendor inquiries.
  • Handle escalated support concerns effectively.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to resolve customer issues.
  • Educate and support clients using a customer-focused approach.

Requirements

  • Less than one year of customer support experience.
  • Experience in a customer-driven, remote work environment is preferred.
  • Exceptional communication skills via phone, email, and text.
  • Strong technical skills and experience with multi-screen systems.
  • Basic understanding of networking and video streaming protocols (RTSP, SMTP, HTTP).
  • Self-motivated with structured goal achievement.
  • Fluency in English and ability to work U.S. business hours.
