This Bookkeeper role is fully remote and provides an opportunity to work with leading companies. The role focuses on managing QuickBooks for retail and e-commerce financial operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and manage all functions in QuickBooks.
  • Customize QuickBooks for retail and e-commerce transactions.
  • Manage data entries ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • Generate and analyze financial reports including COGS.
  • Oversee supplier/vendor invoicing and financial interactions.
  • Prepare documentation for audit processes.

Requirements

Candidates must be fully fluent in English with expertise in QuickBooks. Prior experience in retail and e-commerce sectors is essential. Applicants should be technology savvy and able to work U.S. business hours.
