Job Summary
Assist the Sales Team with open projects to ensure customer needs are met.
Job Responsibilities
- Obtain all necessary project information through survey/code check process.
- Assemble/Request Freight Quotes, Install Bids, Graphics, etc.
- Issue installer Purchase Orders for surveys.
- Send and receive required documentation after project is awarded.
- Assist with overall project coordination including shipping and timelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
Requirements
Education and Experience: High School Degree or Equivalent required; previous project management skills/experience beneficial but not required.
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: Proficient in Microsoft Office and Outlook, strong time management, team working, customer and personal service skills, and effective communication.
Position Details
This is a full-time position with typical hours Monday-Friday from 8:00 am to 5:00 pm. Overtime may be required at times and will be communicated.
