#2 JOB DESCRIPTION
Pernille Christiansen is seeking one Senior PR & Influence Consultant, fluent in French and English, for a permanent position.
Missions:
- Supervision: Support a junior consultant, develop their skills, and structure their activity tracking.
- Press Relations: Identify key topics, trends, and editorial angles. Develop PR recommendations and action plans. Structure press tools (press releases, invitations) and proactively pitch key topics to the press.
- Media Network: Develop and maintain a network of journalists in France and internationally. Manage media relations, journalist requests (shoppings, HD visuals, captions, interviews), and update press files and internal tools.
- Press Events: Participate in strategic event conception. Research and recommend venues and service providers. Manage quotes, negotiations, logistics, invitations, RSVPs, junior consultants, and service providers. Track and report post-event activities and develop post-event analyses.
- Influence Marketing: Identify relevant profiles (macro, micro, sector experts). Develop strategic activation recommendations. Write creative briefs, contact, and negotiate collaborations. Participate in contracting, oversee publications, and analyze performance through reports.
- Monitoring & Reporting: Develop clippings and press reviews. Produce annual reports and present results clearly and concisely.
#3 EXPECTED PROFILE
- Bachelor's or Master's degree (Bac+3/5) in Communication, Public Relations, Media, or Marketing.
- Approximately 3-4 years of experience in press relations or influence marketing within premium, luxury, decoration, beauty, lifestyle, or hospitality sectors.
- Strong interpersonal skills, autonomy, reactivity, curiosity, and high standards. Attention to detail and quality execution. Strong organizational skills and teamwork ability.
- Fluent in French and English; a third language is a plus.
- Proficiency in basic IT tools (Microsoft Office on Mac), Cision, etc.
