Role Description
This is a full-time role for an Equipment Mechanic. The Equipment Mechanic will be responsible for performing maintenance, preventive maintenance, repairs, and troubleshooting on various types of heavy equipment. Daily tasks include inspecting and diagnosing mechanical issues, ensuring equipment efficiency, and maintaining detailed maintenance records. This role plays a key part in ensuring the optimal functionality and safety of all equipment.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Maintenance and Preventive Maintenance practices
- Strong skills in Maintenance & Repair of heavy equipment
- Experience working with Heavy Equipment and understanding its operational functionality
- Ability to effectively perform Troubleshooting for identifying and resolving mechanical issues
- Strong understanding of safety practices and procedures
- Good communication skills and team collaboration abilities
- Bachelor's degree or relevant certification in Mechanical Engineering or a related field preferred
- Experience in the oil and energy sector is advantageous
