Overview
The Practice Coordinator at Perkins&Will will coordinate the development, creation, and management of practice-specific collateral. The role transforms complex data insights into compelling written and visual narratives while maintaining the highest design standards.
Content Coordination & Creation
- Establish and maintain collateral management systems and processes.
- Coordinate content development timelines and approval workflows.
- Maintain a centralized library of intelligence assets.
- Collaborate with analysts to transform raw data into story-driven insights.
- Design and layout high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
- Create infographics, data visualizations, and visual storytelling elements.
- Ensure alignment with firm brand guidelines and design excellence.
- Work with marketing and business development teams for strategic support.
- Manage content calendars and publication schedules for intelligence outputs.
- Provide timely support to Firmwide Practice Leaders.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field with 7+ years of experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required along with excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.

Compensation
The annual pay salary range for this position is between $75,000 and $95,000, commensurate with qualifications.
