Overview

The Practice Coordinator at Perkins&Will will coordinate the development, creation, and management of practice-specific collateral. The role transforms complex data insights into compelling written and visual narratives while maintaining the highest design standards.

Content Coordination & Creation

  • Establish and maintain collateral management systems and processes.
  • Coordinate content development timelines and approval workflows.
  • Maintain a centralized library of intelligence assets.
  • Collaborate with analysts to transform raw data into story-driven insights.
  • Design and layout high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
  • Create infographics, data visualizations, and visual storytelling elements.
  • Ensure alignment with firm brand guidelines and design excellence.
  • Work with marketing and business development teams for strategic support.
  • Manage content calendars and publication schedules for intelligence outputs.
  • Provide timely support to Firmwide Practice Leaders.

Required Qualifications

Candidates should hold an undergraduate degree in communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or a related field with 7+ years of experience. Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) is required along with excellent writing, editing, and project management skills.

Compensation
