Overview
The Practice Coordinator at Perkins&Will is responsible for coordinating the development, creation, and management of practice-specific collateral across the firm. The role transforms complex data insights into compelling written and visual narratives while upholding high design standards.
Content Coordination & Creation
Responsibilities include:
- Establishing and maintaining collateral management systems and processes.
- Coordinating content development timelines and approval workflows.
- Managing a centralized library of intelligence assets.
- Collaborating with analysts to transform raw data into story-driven insights.
- Designing high-quality documents, reports, and presentations.
- Creating infographics, data visualizations, and visual storytelling elements.
- Ensuring materials reflect Perkins&Will's brand guidelines and design excellence.
- Working with marketing to align intelligence content with broader strategies.
- Supporting business development with strategic proposal materials.
- Helping practice leaders with customized intelligence presentations and reports.
- Managing content calendars and publication schedules.
- Providing timely access to content and historical information for firmwide practice leaders.
Required Qualifications
The ideal candidate will have:
- An undergraduate degree in communications, Graphic Design, Marketing, or related field.
- 7+ years of experience in content creation, graphic design, or communications.
- Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop).
- Excellent writing and editing skills with adaptive tone abilities.
- A strong understanding of brand guidelines and application.
- Experience with data visualization and infographic design.
- Strong project management skills for coordinating multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
Compensation & Benefits
The annual pay range for this position is between $75,000 and $95,000, commensurate with qualifications. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, wellness programs, LTD, life insurance, 401k, and PTO.
