Patent and IP Manager

- Accompanying project-related intellectual property analyses as part of product and project development
- Independent examination and support of inventors in creating invention disclosures
- Group-wide management and support of national and international intellectual property applications
- Consulting and training of corporate employees on all aspects of industrial property rights
- Coordination and management of external patent attorneys and authorities
- Review of cooperation and development contracts from an IP perspective
- Creation of regular status reports and calculation of employee invention remuneration

- Successfully completed technical Master's degree (ideally Mechanical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or comparable)
- Completed further training as a Patent Engineer or IP Manager
- At least 3 years of relevant professional experience in the field of Intellectual Property / Industrial Property Rights
- In-depth knowledge of the legal and procedural framework conditions of national and international patent law
- Practical experience in calculating employee invention remuneration
- Confident use of intellectual property and research databases
- Very good English skills in speaking and writing (French skills are an advantage)
- Good technical understanding and strong analytical skills
