Job Title: Project Manager

Location: MA (onsite)

Duration: 6+ Months Contract

Responsibilities

• Lead the planning and execution of enterprise data, reporting, and analytics projects from initiation through delivery.
• Develop project plans, timelines, milestones, and resource strategies to ensure successful project execution.
• Partner with business, technology, analytics, and governance teams to drive project outcomes.
• Track project progress, manage scope, risks, dependencies, and issue resolution.
• Facilitate project meetings, gather business requirements, and communicate status updates to stakeholders.
• Ensure project documentation, governance processes, and delivery standards are maintained throughout the project lifecycle.
• Support continuous process improvements and promote adoption of enterprise data solutions.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams to deliver projects on schedule and within agreed objectives.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum 10 years of Project Management experience leading technology, data, or analytics initiatives.
• Demonstrated experience managing multiple projects simultaneously in complex enterprise environments.
• Strong communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills.
• Experience collaborating with business and technical teams throughout the project lifecycle.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and standard project management tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Exposure to enterprise data platforms, business intelligence, reporting solutions, or cloud-based technologies.
• Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
• Knowledge of data governance, data warehousing, or business intelligence concepts.
• Experience within Banking or Financial Services environments.
• PMP, Scrum Master, Agile, or related project management certification is highly desirable.
