AI Solutions Architect

Overview

Perficient, a global AI-first consultancy, is seeking an AI Solutions Architect. Join a team of strategists, designers, technologists, and engineers driving real business results through AI.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive AI and platform architecture vision on Azure, AWS, and GCP.
• Implement AI/ML capabilities including data ingestion, model lifecycle management, and real-time monitoring.
• Develop automation pipelines and workflows using platforms such as Appian, Pega, and Camunda.
• Continuously evaluate emerging AI/ML technologies and trends.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and business stakeholders to translate needs into actionable designs.
• Establish technical standards and enforce integration frameworks.
• Mentor teams and foster innovation within the architecture function.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, AI/ML, Data Science, or a related field. 2+ years working with LLMs (e.g., GPT, Claude, Mistral) in production. Experience with prompt engineering, RAG, agentic AI architectures, and conversational UX. Must be open to travel.

Preferred Skills

• Experience in distributed systems design and large-scale automation.
• Expertise in cloud migration and transformation.
• Comfortable with presentations and whiteboarding at executive levels.
• Specialization in Machine Learning, Deep Learning, or Natural Language Processing.

Additional Information
