Where We Need You

The Junior Brand Manager, Chupa Chups role is part of the Brands Marketing team and acts as a key partner for the Brand Manager, Marketing & Trade Marketing Director, and cross-functional teams. You will play a vital role in supporting the development and execution of the Chupa Chups brand strategy across Candy & Gum, as well as supporting seasonal campaigns and other brand initiatives.

Your Core Responsibilities At a Glance

  • Support the positioning and execution of the Chupa Chups brand in the UK, delivering against KPIs.
  • Support, and where appropriate lead, seasonal activations for Chupa Chups and Fruit-tella brands.
  • Contribute to annual brand planning and New Product Development (NPD), including building a 3-year roadmap, identifying opportunities, project management, and launch planning.
  • Collaborate with agency partners to activate the brand across media channels and measure success.
  • Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Sales, and other teams to deliver in-store activation aligned with brand objectives.
  • Manage the APL budget, ensuring proper documentation and tracking.
  • Report on brand performance and competitor insights to internal stakeholders.
  • Represent PVM UK externally to key stakeholders.

The Ideal Recipe For Our New Junior Brand Manager, Chupa Chups

Here’s what we’re looking for:

  • Degree-level qualified or equivalent.
  • Experience working within a similar brand role – FMCG desirable.
  • Experience working with data – Circana, Kantar, Nielsen desirable.
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
  • Excellent communication skills and fluency in English.
