Maintenance Director at Peregrine Senior Living
We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and dedicated Maintenance Director to supervise and develop the maintenance department, including housekeeping operations. This role involves budgeting, ordering supplies, and liaising with external vendors while ensuring adherence to PSL policies and standards.
Responsibilities
- Supervise, develop, and schedule all maintenance staff.
- Assist in developing the annual maintenance operating budget including capital expenditures.
- Operate the maintenance department within budget and PSL policies.
- Order and maintain adequate housekeeping and maintenance supplies.
- Communicate and negotiate with external maintenance vendors and suppliers.
Education & Experience
High school diploma or GED required. Three to five years of property management or building maintenance experience preferred.
