Desktop Support Technician

What You’ll be Doing

If you have a passion to help others solve issues and want to evolve in IT, this role is for you. You will help navigate and resolve basic IT support issues, exposing you to multiple technical scenarios and enhancing your expertise.

  • Recognize, translate, and resolve technical issues for associates.
  • Monitor and prioritize ticketed requests, escalating when necessary.
  • Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot PC hardware/software.
  • Manage end-to-end ticket resolution and perform administrative functions.
  • Guide associates via Zoom through troubleshooting steps.

What You Bring to the Role

  • IT related bachelor's degree or equivalent experience, plus 6 months in BPO.
  • Basic IT knowledge and desktop support skills.
  • A keen ability to understand and translate technical issues.
  • Proficiency in conducting walkthroughs via Zoom.
  • A customer-focused mindset with strong multi-tasking skills.
