About The Role
Join Peraton in advancing the safety, efficiency, and modernization of the National Airspace System (NAS) through the FAA's BNATCS contract. As a Procurement Manager - Source Selection, you will oversee acquisition planning, supplier evaluation, contract execution, and lead complex procurement lifecycles under FAA guidelines.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead procurement and source selection activities for major FAA contracts.
- Develop and execute acquisition strategies consistent with FAA AMS policies and FAR/DFARS.
- Oversee the full procurement lifecycle including market research, solicitation, evaluation, negotiation, and award.
- Serve as the source selection authority ensuring fairness and compliance.
- Conduct price and cost analyses and lead contract negotiations.
- Partner with Contracts, Legal, Finance, and Program Management for technical and fiscal alignment.
- Maintain audit-ready documentation in compliance with federal standards.
Qualifications
Basic Qualifications: U.S. Citizenship, ability to obtain/maintain Public Trust clearance, 10 years’ experience in procurement or contracting, strong knowledge of FAR/DFARS and competitive source selection, excellent leadership and communication skills, and proficiency with systems like Deltek Costpoint, SAP, or Oracle.
Preferred Qualifications: FAA or NAS experience, familiarity with NextGen, relevant degree or certifications, and exposure to procurement policy development and risk mitigation.
Salary & Benefits
Target Salary Range: $104,000 - $166,000 with eligibility for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
