Program Overview
The FRB Program is hiring for an Incident Management Coordinator to join a diverse, high-performing team in a fully remote role. This position comes with on-call responsibilities and requires strong problem solving, analytical skills, and the ability to lead and work independently.
What You Will Do
- Provide an overview of IT and application infrastructures through every phase of an incident.
- Manage incident queues and escalate issues to ensure timely resolution.
- Facilitate global response for major incidents on a 24/7/365 basis.
- Drive continuous process improvement and postmortem analysis.
- Maintain incident logs, update communications, and collaborate with Service Desk and other teams.
Qualifications
Required Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree with 2 years of experience or 6 years without a degree. Proficiency with IT Service Management Tools (Service Now) and event management tools. Strong MS Office skills and professional written and verbal communication. Must be a US Citizen and eligible for clearance.
Preferred Qualifications: ITIL Foundations Certification.
Compensation & Additional Details
Target Salary Range: $39,000 - $62,000, with potential for overtime, shift differential, and discretionary bonus.
