Program Overview
Peraton is seeking an experienced Contracts Administrator. This senior-level role requires an energetic and disciplined contracts management professional.
Role Responsibilities
- Administers, extends, negotiates, and supports contract closeout for various contracts and task orders.
- Handles proposal preparation, contract negotiation, administration, and customer communications.
- Conducts risk reviews, compliance checks, and assists with pricing strategy and OCI Mitigation Plans.
- Advises program teams on contractual rights, compiles and analyzes data, and maintains historical records.
- Monitors program performance and ensures contract compliance with legal requirements and customer specifications.
- Prepares and disseminates contract status reports and supports document management.
- Assists in non-disclosure and teaming agreement negotiations while fostering internal and external relationships.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s Degree with 12+ years of experience or Master’s Degree with 10+ years of experience. In lieu of a degree, 16+ years relevant experience may be considered. Must have federal civilian, state, and local government contract experience, working knowledge of FAR, strong Service Contract Act/Wage Determination experience, and active Secret clearance with ability to obtain TS/SCI.
Salary & Benefits
Target Salary Range: $112,000 - $179,000. Eligible employees enjoy medical, dental, vision, life, HSA, short/long term disability, parental leave, 401(k), PTO, and company-paid holidays. Additional details available on the Peraton careers site.
