Responsibilities
The Supply Chain Logistics Assistant Analyst will develop an understanding of the brokerage procurement process across multiple transportation modes including full truckload, intermodal, and refrigerated transportation. You will understand both manual and automated load tracking and support carrier procurement, making up to 100 load status updates and procuring at least 15 loads daily.
- Communicate effectively with customers and carriers.
- Analyze tracking and procurement dynamics.
- Support account management as needed.
- Develop standardized SOPs and protocols.
- Participate in on-call, after-hours, and weekend duties.
Scope of Interactions
80% External interaction with new/existing customers and asset-based carriers; 20% Internal collaborating with business development, account management, and leadership teams.
Qualifications
Graduating within one year of internship completion with a Bachelor’s degree and eligible to work in the United States. Must pass a drug screen and background investigation. A strong capacity for relationship building, negotiation, and quick learning in a fast-paced, demanding environment is essential.

Compensation & Benefits
This role offers a pre-determined, non-negotiable salary ranging from $64,600 to $87,000 annually along with benefits such as paid vacation, holidays, sick leave, bereavement, parental leave, and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
