Process Optimization Maintenance Engineering Intern

Summer Term: July 27, 2026 – January 31, 2027

PepsiCo BeNeLux is seeking interns to contribute to iconic brands and a culture of creativity and collaboration. Our internship program offers meaningful projects, mentorship, and hands-on experience for (near-)graduates.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze ITPS spend across all Benelux entities.
  • Support preparation and execution of tenders for service suppliers (training, HR & payroll, creative agencies).
  • Set up and follow up on a communication plan for productivity improvements driven by process changes.
  • Analyze, track, and align realized productivities.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to analyze financial opportunities.
