Your mission: We are recruiting a Pepsi Brand Marketing Senior Analyst, Iberia in Spain to lead all consumer marketing activities in Iberia.

Responsibilities

  • Contribute to the development of brand strategies and support long-term planning, working closely with European category teams and external partners to ensure strategic alignment and local relevance
  • Assist in translating ICP into AOP plans, providing relevant analysis and suggesting strategies or initiatives that drive brand growth
  • Lead the execution of key AOP initiatives across media, PR and digital, ensuring flawless delivery, strong cross-functional and agency partners coordination and clear performance tracking.
  • Apply analytical skills to interpret insights and recommend business activities aimed at improving brand KPIs such as volume, market share, net sales, brand equity and penetration.
  • Be accountable for the performance of owned initiatives, ensuring delivery against agreed business and brand KPIs.
  • Collaborate in a matrix environment, demonstrating good teamwork and communication skills.
  • Play an active role to innovation projects, including Price Pack Architecture and key initiatives for Pepsi in the Spanish and Portuguese market.

Qualifications

What will you need to succeed?

  • Degree in business.
  • 8 years’ experience in marketing roles ideally within FMCG environments.
  • Fluent in English & Spanish.
  • Influencing skills: proven ability to manage internal and external stakeholder
  • Experience working with AFH / Off trade channel is a plus.
  • Insights led thinking and analytical and communication skills.
  • Digital area knowledge.
  • Strong cultural awareness and curiosity, with a solid understanding of consumer culture, social trends and how they translate into relevant brand opportunities.
  • Passion to win in the marketplace with a proactive, ownership-driven attitude
