As part of the PepsiCo family, SodaStream supports the PepsiCo Positive (pep+) initiative and is deeply committed to sustainability, innovation, and positive impact for people and planet.
We’re looking for a driven, data-minded E-Commerce Product Manager to join our Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) team at SodaStream HQ. This role sits at the intersection of business, customer experience, and technology, with clear ownership of the digital product across global markets.
If you’re passionate about building scalable, high-performing DTC experiences and want your work to truly matter—we’d love to meet you.
The Role
As an E-Commerce Product Manager, you will own and evolve SodaStream’s DTC digital experience across markets. You will drive product strategy and execution that support business growth, improve customer experience, and optimize the end-to-end e-commerce funnel—from discovery to post-purchase.
You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders including marketing, UX, development, analytics, operations, and external vendors to define, prioritize, and deliver impactful product initiatives.
What You’ll Do
- Own and execute the DTC product roadmap, translating business and customer needs into high-impact product initiatives.
- Lead end-to-end delivery: discovery, requirements definition, UX collaboration, development coordination, QA, and launch.
- Drive continuous improvement of the customer journey across browse, PDPs, checkout, subscriptions, fulfillment, and post-purchase.
- Launch and scale SodaStream’s DTC websites in new markets, balancing global standards with local needs.
- Use data and experimentation (analytics, A/B testing, CRO) to measure impact, optimize performance, and inform decisions.
- Communicate progress, insights, and recommendations to key stakeholders while gathering feedback to refine the product.
- Stay current on e-commerce best practices and industry trends, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
What You Bring
- 3+ years of experience as a Product Manager in a cross-functional, digital environment.
- Strong hands-on experience with DTC or e-commerce products, owning features from concept to launch.
- Solid understanding of the end-to-end e-commerce funnel, including UX/UI, checkout, fulfillment, and customer service.
- Highly data-driven mindset with experience using analytics and experimentation tools (e.g., Google Analytics, A/B testing).
- Excellent prioritization, project management, and stakeholder communication skills.
- Experience working with global teams, multiple markets, and external partners.
- Full professional proficiency in English.
