Overview

Responsibilities
- Own analytics and data projects from scoping to delivery.
- Create dashboards, data models, and apps using tools like Power BI and Databricks.
- Delegate and lead projects within PepsiCo Global Capability Centre.
- Translate business needs into technical requirements.
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to deliver projects.
- Communicate status and insights to project stakeholders.
- Support solution adoption and change management in business processes.
- Identify analytics best practices and track industry trends.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Business, IT or related areas.
- Experience with reporting tools such as Power BI or similar.
- Proven track record working with cross-functional teams in a dynamic environment.
- Strong communication, organizational skills, and ability to multitask.
- Knowledge of SQL and Python for data ingestion and ETL is a plus.
- Familiarity with UI/UX principles is a plus.
- Experience with cloud services, preferably Azure, is beneficial.
