Key Responsibilities

  • Manage daily and ad‑hoc customer orders to maximise fulfilment and service levels.
  • Handle customer enquiries and issues with speed and professionalism.
  • Collaborate with Distribution, Transport, and Inventory teams for smooth operations.
  • Build strong relationships with Account Managers to enhance customer experience.
  • Coordinate Customer DC bookings and submit grids to Transport teams.

Qualifications & About You

Customer‑focused with strong written and verbal communication skills, fast and accurate in data entry, calm under pressure and reliable with deadlines. Professional, personable, and polite with the initiative to work well with others in a collaborative team environment. Experience with SAP and MS Office is desirable along with customer service training or certifications and FMCG, manufacturing or distribution experience.
