Overview
The Brand Designer at PepsiCo will engage with cross-functional teams to drive comprehensive brand and graphic design projects from ideation and strategy to execution. The main objective is to guide brand design, craft design strategy, and execute major projects across the portfolio.

Responsibilities
- Create high quality brand design solutions in a rapid-paced, high-output environment
- Present design concepts clearly and concisely
- Quickly sketch ideas to communicate concepts
- Participate in brainstorm sessions
- Iterate on designs based on feedback from the Brand Design lead(s)
- Ensure design aligns with evolving brand needs and business objectives
- Ideate and develop ideas within a team-based environment
- Manage timelines, milestones, and deadlines for timely delivery
Compensation & Benefits
The expected compensation range is between $76,900 - $128,700 with bonus potential (5% of annual salary). PepsiCo offers various benefits such as paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, retirement plans, and more.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or equivalent experience
- 2—3 years studio experience in graphic design or brand communication
- Strong understanding of brand/graphic design with motion design exposure
- Experience in developing 360 visual identities and style guidelines
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and skilled in sketching and idea development
- Ability to maintain brand consistency across digital and print media
