Role Responsibilities

This role is primarily responsible for managing the accounting of National Fountain QTG inventory and waste reporting, along with foodservice distributor deductions in accordance with GAAP and PepsiCo’s accounting policies. Key responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and recording periodic journal entries for National Fountain and Volume reporting.
  • Performing account reconciliations for PDP, EPM, and A/R Clearing.
  • Supporting distributor deductions review and clearance with cross-functional collaboration.
  • Analyzing sales mix and preparing period-end performance reports.
  • Generating reporting and analytics for Balance Sheet review and Q-Schedules for inventory.
  • Handling SOX controls, KPMG and BPC audit requests, and ad-hoc reports.

Additional Support Tasks

The role also involves assisting the Manager with National Fountain business analytics, preparing distributor reporting, and participating in special projects to improve processes.

Compensation and Benefits

The compensation range for this role is between $76,900 and $128,700 with bonus eligibility at 5% of annual salary. PepsiCo offers a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, retirement plans, and more, subject to elections and eligibility.

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s degree in Accounting is required (MBA/CPA a plus) along with 3+ years of relevant experience. Proficiency in Excel, SAP S4 HANA/ECC, BW, and Business Objects is essential. Excellent communication, problem solving, and analytical skills are required along with the ability to multi-task and work cross-functionally. This role requires indefinite right to work in the United States.
