About Corporate Audit

PepsiCo Corporate Audit supports operational excellence by providing objective insights into risks and control effectiveness. As part of a global team, you will gain exposure across various functions including Finance, IT, and Operations. This role offers a developmental opportunity beyond traditional audit boundaries.

Responsibilities

  • Learn to apply the PepsiCo internal control framework to assess risks.
  • Engage in process walkthroughs and gain business process insight.
  • Leverage data analytics to support risk identification and control testing.
  • Identify financial, operational, and IT risks and share insights with the audit team.
  • Support compliance, financial, and IT audits through controls testing.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing a CPA-eligible Accounting degree, MIS, or MBA with graduation within one year. Candidates should be eligible for audit certifications such as CPA, CIA, or CISA.

  • Excellent written and spoken English skills.
  • Strong communication, organization, and teamwork capabilities.
  • Ability to build relationships and manage diverse interactions.
  • Experience with data analysis, visualization tools, or generative AI is preferred.
  • Curiosity for learning and problem-solving.
