About the role
Recruiter - PeopleScout
As a Recruiter, you are part of a team of highly skilled recruiting professionals working on high-volume and/or hard to fill positions for PeopleScout’s RPO clients. The Recruiter will provide staffing and recruiting solutions relied upon by the client. This position requires an extremely perceptive person, who is capable of relating to individuals at all levels. As unique situations present themselves, the Recruiter must be sensitive to corporate needs, employee goodwill, and the PeopleScout brand.

Responsibilities
- Implement staffing and recruiting processes, strategies, and solutions.
- Source, recruit, screen, interview, and assess high volumes of candidates for exempt and nonexempt roles to exceed client needs and expectations.
- Build strong relationships with hiring managers and facilitate positive candidate experiences.
- Facilitate frequent (typically weekly) update calls with managers to update on search; discuss challenges and design action plans to lead to hires.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and ensure ATS is accurate.
- Adhere to the staffing processes established.
- Proactively seek new avenues to attract candidates.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, process-oriented environment.
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
- Heavy client services responsibilities including managing daily information/candidate data tracking, identifying potential areas of improvement, providing information to the client as needed, resolving problems, participating in client meetings, and maintaining a high level of customer retention and satisfaction.
- Excellent consultative skills and proven experience in all recruiting methods including passive sourcing.
Requirements
- Minimum of 2-year full cycle recruitment experience in a fast-paced, staffing, or RPO environment.
- Experience filling high volume positions required (ex. you've managed average requisition loads of 50+.)
- Experience with driver recruitment highly preferred.
- Driven by creating the best possible hiring manager and candidate experiences.
- Must possess excellent judgment to prioritize work, handle multiple projects at once, and meet objectives.
- Strong partnership and consultative skills.
- Extreme sense of urgency and excellent customer service delivery.
Salary Range
$23.00 - $32.00 per hour, depending on experience and geographic location. Please note that actual compensation offered may vary based on local pay requirements and will meet or exceed state-specific minimum wage or salary thresholds.
