About the Role
At PeopleOps Jobs, the Senior Technical Recruiter plays a pivotal role in guiding our engineering, product, and design (EPD) teams during a significant growth phase. You will manage the entire technical recruitment process and develop effective sourcing strategies to secure top-tier technical talent.
Responsibilities
- Collaborate with CTO/Co-Founder and EPD hiring managers.
- Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to offer closure.
- Design innovative sourcing approaches and messaging.
- Conduct technical and cultural fit interviews thoroughly.
- Champion a data-driven recruitment approach using metrics.
- Improve recruitment operations and process documentation.
- Establish credible relationships with stakeholders and candidates.
Qualifications
- 5+ years in full-cycle technical recruitment, preferably in SaaS startups.
- Strong knowledge in recruiting engineering, product, and design roles.
- Experience with recruiting genAI engineers is a plus.
- Proficient in using Applicant Tracking Systems like Ashby, Greenhouse, or Lever.
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Bonus
- Experience with Ashby, Gem, or similar sequencing tools.
- Skilled in building recruitment dashboards and reports.

Compensation
Annual pay ranges from $120k to $160k.
