About the Role

This position is at a private equity company and plays a critical role in overseeing the Information Technology function. As a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, you will be responsible for four core areas: Organizational Design, Mergers/Acquisitions/Divestitures, Change Management & Process Optimization, and Talent Management & Development.

Responsibilities

  • Strategic Partnership & Organizational Design: Act as the strategic HR partner to the CIO and the global IT leadership team. Oversee organizational design projects, evaluate performance, and execute workforce planning strategies.
  • Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures: Collaborate with internal and external partners through the M&A process, manage HR workstreams, and develop talent retention strategies.
  • Change Management & Process Optimization: Lead creation and execution of change management strategies, promote continuous improvement using Lean methodologies, and encourage cross-functional collaboration.
  • Talent Management & Development: Strengthen talent pipelines, support succession planning, offer coaching on performance management and employee engagement, and drive global DEI efforts.
  • HR Operations & Compliance: Ensure global consistency in HR policies and procedures, leveraging HR metrics and analytics for data-driven decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s Degree required; Master’s preferred in Human Resources or related discipline.
  • At least 10 years of experience in the Technology sector.
  • 10+ years in a senior management capacity.
  • Experience in the private equity industry is required.

Compensation

Annual pay: $190k to $200k.
