About the Role
As the Human Resources Manager at a tech company, you play a critical role in creating our culture and driving enterprise-wide people processes. You thrive at building meaningful relationships and are skilled at leveraging people data for scalable results. You will manage the full performance cycle and provide comprehensive People & Culture support across all departments.
Responsibilities
- Oversee the entire Performance Management Process including reviews, goal setting, and calibration.
- Serve as the subject matter expert on performance philosophy and high-performing teams.
- Provide People & Culture support including policy interpretation and employee relations.
- Coach leaders on team structure, workforce planning, and feedback best practices.
- Handle complex employee relations and conduct fair investigations.
- Analyze People Analytics and metrics to develop actionable strategies.
- Administer organizational design, job leveling, and Total Rewards philosophies.
- Collaborate on projects focusing on retention, engagement, compensation, and DEI initiatives.
- Oversee the engagement survey, including launch, data analysis, and reporting.
Qualifications
- 5+ years of progressive HR generalist experience in dynamic, high-growth settings.
- Proven experience with annual and mid-year performance management cycles.
- Strong understanding of performance management principles and data-driven insights.
- Ability to manage ambiguity in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Outstanding communication, emotional intelligence, and professionalism.
- In-depth knowledge of HR functions, legal requirements, and best practices.

Compensation
Annual pay ranges from $99,000 to $135,000.
