About the Role

The Human Resources Business Partner at a tech company will support one or more functional teams, playing a crucial role in ensuring the success of the functions they collaborate with by implementing people programs at scale and aligning business objectives with long-term people and organizational strategies.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with key stakeholders to lead people initiatives and strategies.
  • Partner with functional leaders on organizational design and scalable people strategies.
  • Provide coaching and guidance on skills development, career progression and change management.
  • Identify and recommend developmental opportunities for leaders and teams.
  • Address people issues with a compliance-focused and risk-mitigation approach.
  • Utilize data and trends to drive actionable people insights and organizational improvements.
  • Establish strong partnerships across the business and with Centers of Excellence.

Qualifications

  • At least 7 years of experience as an HR professional, chief of staff, or consultant.
  • Expertise in designing, refining, and executing people programs and processes.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills for handling complex situations.
  • Experience in data-driven decision-making and analytical reasoning.
  • Excellent communication and escalation skills across all organizational levels.
  • Ability to excel in a dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Recognized for integrity, discretion, strong work ethic, and accountability.

Benefits

Full time offers include bonus eligibility, equity eligibility, and benefits (medical, dental, vision, and 401(k)). The annual pay is between $176k and $207k.
