Job Description

• 3-5 years of UX/UI front-end web development using HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, jQuery, JSON with Responsive Web Design.
• Basic understanding of server-side CSS pre-processing platforms, such as LESS and SASS.
• Proficient understanding of client-side scripting and JavaScript frameworks, including jQuery.
• Good understanding of asynchronous request handling, partial page updates, and AJAX.
• Good understanding of advanced JavaScript libraries and frameworks, such as ReactJS / Node.js etc.
• Working knowledge of the latest UI front-end techniques in ES5&6, VUE JS.
• Thorough knowledge of the browser DOM and basic HTTP request/response lifecycle.
• Understanding of source control (Experience with git and Github a plus).
• Ability to write pure JS as well as leveraging common libraries like jQuery.
• Familiar with IDEs such as VS Code, IntelliJ.
• Advanced problem-solving skills and the ability to optimize code for the best possible outcome.
• Ability to work effectively in a collaborative environment to create top-performing interfaces.

Preferred Skills

• 1-2 years of experience with developing (UX/UI), testing and implementing A/B with appropriate metrics and segmentations.
• Work on the full life cycle development of time-sensitive projects.
• Good understanding of digital marketing, audience segmentation and gating; experience of aligning/executing strategy across eCommerce portal.
• Ability to:
• Develop, implement and analyze marketing-driven testing and recommendations in order to maximize clicks, conversions and lead generation matrix.
• Develop and implement page updates/changes based on metrics/analytics and new optimization plans.
• Effectively move forward action items to implement the winning experience including any operational process changes as needed based on test results.
• Effectively execute personalization and targeted campaigns on the e-Commerce Portal in coordination with cross-functional partners.
• Leverage understanding of web design principles, technical capabilities, consumer behavior and operational processes to develop and implement website strategies to increase conversion, improve customer experience.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum process.
