Senior AI/ML Engineer, Agent Workflows

Compensation: Up to $250,000 Base + equity

Location: Fully remote within the U.S. with some travel for team collaboration

Must be a US citizen able to obtain clearance

This Senior AI Engineer will help evolve an existing AI assistant into a production-grade agentic workflow platform. You will build tool-using, multi-step AI systems that automate real customer workflows and integrate directly into the company’s core product.

What You’ll Do

• Build production agent workflows and AI automation features
• Implement tool calling, orchestration, and multi-step reasoning
• Connect AI capabilities into existing platform workflows
• Translate customer problems into scalable agentic solutions
• Own ambiguous, zero-to-one projects from concept to production
• Ship reliable features, not just prototypes

What You’ll Bring

• Strong software engineering fundamentals
• Production experience with LLM-powered applications
• Experience building agents, workflow automation, or tool-using AI systems
• Familiarity with RAG, orchestration, and backend systems
• High ownership and comfort in fast-moving environments
• U.S. citizenship and clearance eligibility
• Willingness to travel up to 25%
