About the Role

The Brand Sponsorship & Community Coordinator will join an inclusive team to strengthen our brand visibility and leverage sponsorship assets. This role involves organic social media content, community partnership building, and support for ESG and Community Impact programs. The position is part-time (0.8 FTE, four days per week) on a 12‑month contract.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the development and execution of our overarching brand strategy
  • Assist in rolling out the enterprise-wide community sponsorship framework
  • Help coordinate the annual People First Community Lottery
  • Perform administrative tasks including invoicing and purchase orders
  • Collaborate across departments to activate our brand through sponsorships and community engagement

  • Engage with teams to energize our brand through community activities

About You

You should be proactive, reliable, and collaborative with experience in a similar role. Your ability to manage a busy workload and build strong stakeholder relationships is essential. Flexibility for working outside standard hours and occasional travel is required.
