About the Role
The Brand Sponsorship & Community Coordinator role at People First Bank Careers is a part-time 0.8 FTE, 12-month contract position. You will join an inclusive team to enhance our brand visibility, manage sponsorship assets, and support community engagement and ESG initiatives.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the brand strategy.
- Assist in rolling out the enterprise-wide community sponsorship framework.
- Coordinate the annual People First Community Lottery.
- Provide team support with invoicing and purchase orders.
- Collaborate across departments to activate the brand via sponsorships and community engagement.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Assist with the ongoing development of the brand strategy.
- Support the implementation of the sponsorship framework.
- Help facilitate the annual Community Lottery.
- Handle administrative tasks including invoicing and purchase orders.
- Engage with multiple teams to bring the brand to life.
About You
You are experienced in a similar role, proactive, and reliable. You manage competing priorities with a can-do attitude and strong relationship-building skills. Flexibility to work outside standard hours and occasional travel is required.
Location
This role is available at our Adelaide or Toowoomba Head Offices or the Brisbane CBD Office.
