At Pentair, you will work alongside passionate problem-solvers committed to sustainable water solutions. In the role of Materials Supervisor, you will lead the Sanford, NC production team to continuously improve Safety, Quality, Delivery, Cost, and Cash, while ensuring talent development.

Key Responsibilities

  • Ensure a safe and ergonomic work environment.
  • Maintain process and product quality by following standard procedures.
  • Meet cycle counting goals and maintain program compliance.
  • Manage inventory accuracy using depletion/replenishment systems.
  • Coach and mentor team members for career development.
  • Foster a culture of continuous improvement and WIN RIGHT mentality.

Key Qualifications

  • 2+ years in a manufacturing environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree in industrial or manufacturing engineering.
  • 2D Modeling experience.
  • Hands-on leadership with strong problem-solving skills.
  • Manufacturing process and personnel management knowledge.
  • Bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Compensation & Benefits

This full-time role offers an annual base pay typically between $61,200 and $113,600. Additional benefits include health benefits, a 401(k), employee stock purchase, disability and life insurance, paid time off, wellness programs, and more.
