About the Role of Membership Coordinator
We have an exciting opportunity available for an energetic and passionate individual to join the Penrith Panthers Membership team as a Membership Coordinator on a casual basis. As the first point of contact, you will be the face of Panthers for many of our members who are renewing their memberships or joining Panthers for the first time. You will be an exceptional team player with strong product knowledge and will strive to make sure our members are the number one priority. You will be responsible for the coordination of Membership operations and assisting customers with their purchases and enquiries. You will engage customers with your enthusiasm and passion for your products, and will maintain high levels of customer service at all times.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordination of membership footy hub
- Assist in the coordination of the membership buses
- Driving revenue from Membership sales
- Extensive product knowledge of the Membership program
- Coordination of Membership operations including payment plan processing, Member pack fulfilment, seating allocations and Member events
- Assisting in the ticketing builds and allocation of ticketing for game days
- Identifying and generating areas for Membership growth
- All communication is delivered in a professional standard both via email and over the phone
- Membership enquiries are responded to and actioned within 24 hours
- Enhance customer service standards include upselling where possible
What You'll Bring
To be successful in this Membership Coordinator role, you will possess the following:
Essential
- Strong organisational ability with excellent communication and customer service skills;
- Excellent computer skills including database management, ticketing systems and MS Office;
- Ability to provide accurate service in a timely manner to customers;
- Possess strong attention to detail and;
- Ability and initiative to work efficiently and pro-actively, either autonomously or in a team.
- Availability to work weekdays, weekends and public holidays
- Along with a high standard of personal grooming, you will take pride in your appearance and your workplace.
- You will thrive in a busy team environment and enjoy using your outstanding customer service skills to provide members with the best possible experience.
- You will have the drive and passion to work in a fast-paced environment and have a passion for Rugby League or sport in general.
- You will have a positive, outgoing and energetic approach to work.
- A valid Working with Children Check
Desirable
- Experience in a Sporting Membership environment
- Experience in Membership software Archtics
- Experience in Mber+ fulfilment
- Experience in financial record keeping
You will need to be available within business hours, including weekends, and public holidays.
