Your Mission as Sales Manager, Tax Consulting

Given our international growth and goals for 2026, we are opening new Sales Manager, Tax Consulting positions. Your task is to understand the challenges of SMB managing directors and tax consulting firms in accounting and taxation – and the added value Pennylane offers to both target groups. Subsequently, you will be responsible for a region in Germany with the goal of convincing the firms in your area.

How you will achieve this:

In remote or on-site appointments, you will speak with tax consulting firms to:

  • Understand their firm model and challenges – both internally for their teams and with their clients.
  • Present Pennylane and show how it improves their daily work.
  • Generate deals by convincing the firm to manage a significant part of their client portfolio on Pennylane.

After closing the deal and setting up the initial clients, you will continuously support the firm to:

  • Strengthen the relationship and expand the number of clients managed on Pennylane; you control the growth within your firm portfolio.
  • Coordinate with support teams to ensure the service provided meets the firms' expectations.
  • Build a network of promoter firms willing to recommend other colleagues.
