The Role: Product Education Content Creator
We are seeking experienced training content creators to help us transform how we educate our users at scale. This is not solely an instructional design role; we need someone who can produce content from A to Z: from needs analysis to final creation (scripts, video tutorials, learning paths, exercises), encompassing pedagogical design.
You will collaborate closely with our Customer Education team (Program Managers, Education Partners, Content Group Lead) to create concrete, product-oriented learning experiences focused on feature adoption.
We are looking for someone who understands accounting and finance, knows how to train users on software, and is fast and autonomous in producing high-quality content.
Key Missions (Examples)
We have several strategic projects on our 2026 roadmap. Depending on your skills and availability, you may work on one or more of these missions:
- Product Release Support – Multi-format Content & Quarterly Webinars
- Context: Pennylane constantly evolves with regular releases and quarterly webinars on new features.
- Your role:
- Test new functionalities and understand their usage.
- Propose relevant content and structures for user adoption.
- Write clear and concise pedagogical scripts and create validated content (Arcade/articles/courses).
- Design and produce content for quarterly webinars (slides, demos, examples).
- Transform webinars into asynchronous mini-courses (tutorials, exercises, quizzes).
- Structure all content within our LMS (Learnworlds or Parta.io).
- Expected outcome: Coherent multi-channel content for each release + webinars transformed into reusable learning paths.
- Online Course Design – Segmented Onboarding & Adoption
- Context: We are launching new onboarding paths for various user segments (VSEs/SMEs, specific sectors, advanced features).
- Your role:
- Define pedagogical objectives with our business experts.
- Design the course structure: modules, lessons, activities.
- Create all content: video scripts, tutorials, exercises, quizzes, practical cases.
- Implement on our tools (Learnworlds, Parta.io, Arcade).
- Expected outcome: Complete, ready-to-use online courses generating high completion rates.
- Content Migration & Restructuring – Centralized Content System
- Context: We are migrating content to a centralized system (Parta.io) to feed multiple channels (Help Center, Academy, in-app).
- Your role:
- Analyze and restructure existing content into reusable modules.
- Improve outdated or underperforming content.
- Migrate content according to our taxonomy and governance standards.
- Create missing content as needed.
- Expected outcome: A clean, modular, multi-channel content library.
Desired Profile
Essential:
- Experience in FinTech or accounting expertise.
- Software training expertise: You have trained users on SaaS platforms via asynchronous content (tutorials, videos, online courses).
- End-to-end content production: You don't just design; you create (scripts, videos, tutorials, exercises, quizzes).
- Mastery of creation tools: e-learning authoring tools, video capture tools (Arcade, Loom, Camtasia), LMS.
- Strong pedagogical writing: Ability to write clear, concise, action-oriented scripts.
- Autonomy and speed: You can frame, prioritize, and deliver on time.
- Native French speaker with excellent writing skills.
- Mandatory portfolio: Examples of created content (tutorials, courses, videos, scripts).
Appreciated:
- Experience in accounting/finance: You have previously created training content in these fields (any format).
- Experience with Arcade, Parta.io, Learnworlds.
- Ability to generate quality voice-overs (AI or recording).
Our Way of Working
- Mission Duration: From one week to six months, depending on the project, with recurring opportunities for strong profiles.
- Full Remote: Work from anywhere (Paris time zone for syncs).
- Collaboration: Regular check-ins and progress milestones.
- Tools: Notion, Parta.io, Learnworlds, Arcade, Figma, Google Workspace.
- Iterative Approach: We test, measure, and improve. You will have access to user feedback and analytics.
- Compensation: Competitive daily rate based on experience and mission scope.
