Acute Care Nurse Practitioner, Heart & Vascular ICU
Join one of the Top 50 Cardiovascular Hospitals in the U.S. and make a difference in the Heart and Vascular Intensive Care Unit (HVICU) at Penn Presbyterian Medical Center (PPMC) in Philadelphia, PA. This 20-bed unit delivers world-class care for patients undergoing complex cardiac and vascular procedures, including coronary artery bypass, valve replacement, and advanced aortic surgeries.
As a Full-Time Advanced Practitioner (NP or PA), you’ll work alongside a multidisciplinary team of intensivists, anesthesia residents, and advanced practice providers to manage critically ill patients, including those requiring mechanical support such as Ventricular Assist Devices (VADs) and Extracorporeal Membrane Oxygenation (ECMO). You’ll also perform invasive procedures like central lines, dialysis catheters, arterial lines, and bronchoscopy.
