Key Responsibilities

• Perform comprehensive analysis of CRM campaign and market research data.
• Utilize business intelligence reporting tools and SQL for analytics.
• Prepare and maintain CRM dashboards and ad-hoc reporting.
• Conduct data mining, query databases and troubleshoot issues.
• Assist in structuring presentations for budget meetings and reviews.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and report issues.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Finance; or relevant experience. Advanced skills in Microsoft Office tools and experience with SQL, Tableau, Cognos, or similar tools. Excellent communication skills, strong organizational abilities, and technical proficiency in databases required. Ability to adapt to changes and work under deadlines is essential.

Additional Information

No supervisory responsibilities. Must be capable of reading and interpreting documents in English and complete C.A.R.E or TIPS training.
