We’re growing our digital team and are looking for an experienced SEO Specialist to accelerate our organic growth. Reporting to the Head of Organic Growth, you’ll join a high-impact team shaping how we win in both SEO and LLM-driven search experiences.

Key Responsibilities

  • Execute a scalable SEO strategy aligned to business growth targets
  • Lead technical SEO improvements across site health, speed, indexing, structure and crawlability.
  • Drive on-page optimisation across key commercial and content pages
  • Partner with content and performance teams to scale high-performing content
  • Conduct keyword research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities
  • Track performance and deliver clear reporting on rankings, traffic, conversions and ROI
  • Stay ahead of algorithm updates and SEO best practice

Skills & Experience

  • A commercial mindset — you care about impact, leads and revenue
  • Minimum of 2 years' experience in an SEO specialist role (agency or in-house).
  • Strong technical SEO capability with hands-on implementation experience.
  • Confident use of GA, Search Console and SEO tools such as Ahrefs or SEMrush.
  • A proactive, test-and-learn approach and genuine passion for performance
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to drive influencing conversations with stakeholders
