The Role: Sales Director
We are currently looking for candidates for the position of Sales Director to join our Sales Team at Pekabex Development.
As a Sales Director, you will be responsible for:
- Designing and implementing sales strategies, in close cooperation with the Management Board and other company departments.
- Managing sales projects – from planning, through implementation, to ongoing reporting.
- Leading the sales team, setting development directions, motivating, and supporting them in effectively achieving ambitious sales targets.
- Analyzing the market, trends, and competitor activities to recommend effective development directions and innovative solutions to the Management Board.
- Working closely with the marketing department to develop modern initiatives supporting sales and strengthening the image of projects on the market.
What We Expect From You
- Minimum of several years of experience as a Regional Sales Manager / Sales Director or in a similar scope of responsibility within a development company.
- Documented sales successes – both in strategy building and in their effective implementation, resulting in achieving ambitious goals.
- Experience in developing sales teams, the ability to inspire and motivate people to act.
- Highly developed communication and negotiation skills, enabling the building of long-term business relationships and effective cooperation with clients, investors, and internal teams.
- Very good command of MS Office Suite, CRM tools, and modern sales support solutions.
- Ability to organize work, analytical skills, and the ability to work under time pressure.
- Self-reliance, entrepreneurship, and a focus on seeking solutions and optimizing processes.
- Good knowledge of English enabling free business communication.
- Active B category driving license.
