Assistant Manager Hospitality
Pegasus Leisure Group (PLG) is seeking an experienced and motivated Full Time Assistant Manager to join The Glasshouse team in Caulfield. This role is key in supporting financial targets, leading the team, creating excellent client experiences, and ensuring regulatory compliance.

Key Responsibilities
- Assist in achieving financial targets.
- Oversee stock control and management.
- Maintain front-of-house ambiance and appearance.
- Manage staff, including rostering, training, and performance.
- Coordinate and evaluate promotions.
- Ensure venue auditing and compliance.
Please note: This role is fast-paced and may involve physical tasks such as lifting stock, prolonged standing, and using stairs.
Candidate Requirements
- Previous experience in hospitality management.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) Certificate.
- Current Victorian Responsible Service of Gambling (RSG) Certificate.
- Current Victorian Gaming Employee Licence.
- Food Handlers Certificate.
- TAB Compliance knowledge.
- Energetic and positive attitude.
- Ability to work productively in a fast-paced environment.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Full working rights in Australia.
