What Makes You a Great Fit
We’re seeking a Principal Content Designer to lead the definition and operationalization of our product tone of voice and content framework. This role requires deep expertise in UX writing, a strong point of view on product language as a strategic differentiator, and a track record of building scalable content systems that shape end-to-end user experience.
As a senior, hands-on contractor, you will establish the strategic foundation for product content while partnering cross-functionally to ensure alignment across product, brand, and marketing. You will translate brand expression into product experience, define governance and standards for content at scale, and validate impact through real product implementation.
- Audit and suggest a framework for our product TOV
- Create a strategic differentiator TOV
- Collaborate with brand and marketing to create a product TOV extension
- Stress test flows and collaborate with design to pilot the new TOV and guidelines
- Potentially A/B test content to validate assumptions
Engagement
Freelance/Contractor (10-20 hours per week).Remote, flexible collaboration with our core product design team
