About the role
Research and Psychometric Services Assistant
Pearson is seeking a dedicated Research and Psychometric Services Assistant to support test development research activities, focusing on the adaptation and standardization of Pearson's assessments. This is a full-time position based in Bengaluru, India, with an immediate start date.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with data scoring and checking.
- Liaise with external professionals, research participants, editors, and printers.
- Collaborate with international teams on standardization projects.
- Recruit data collection sites.
- Coordinate with other functions within the Clinical Assessment Division as needed.
- Undertake any other relevant duties as required by the role.
Skills Required:
- Verbal and written proficiency in English.
- Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking at least one of the following languages: Kannada, Hindi, Tamil, Marathi, Bengali.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
