About the Role
The Principal Portfolio Management at Pearson is responsible for driving the successful delivery of Skilling Solutions for Enterprise Customers. This new Enterprise Delivery function manages the entire portfolio from contract signing to completion, ensuring delivery excellence, managing escalations, and driving revenue growth.
Key Accountabilities
- Portfolio Leadership: Manage hyperscaler and strategic partner accounts for delivery excellence.
- Delivery Planning: Contribute to customer solutions and Statements of Work for maximum value.
- Customer Delivery: Oversee active contracts with a 360-degree view, managing escalations.
- Innovation and Growth: Leverage customer insights for product enhancements and new opportunities.
- Stakeholder Management: Collaborate with customers, internal teams, and partners to optimize delivery and success.
- Delivery Operations and Compliance: Establish governance forums and ensure adherence to contractual agreements.
- Delivery Practice: Mentor teams and evolve delivery methodologies.
Qualifications & Skills
Candidates should have proven delivery management experience, a history of handling significant revenue streams, transformation experience, excellent stakeholder management capabilities, and advanced commercial acumen. Certification like PMP or Prince2 is preferred.
